What makes our chili a Wednesday Night Meal guest favourite? Is it the slow simmered ground beef, peppers, onions, assorted beans and perfect sauce? Is it our toppings of fresh sour cream, cheddar shreds, and green onions? We are not sure, but we know it is a meal often requested by our guests. This week we are adding a side of coated potato wedges with a funky twist. You can smother them, dip them, or enjoy them on their own.
