Rita Bouvier – admired Metis educator, writer/researcher, poet, and activist living in Saskatoon. A beautiful rebellion (Thistledown Press, 2023) is her fourth book of poetry. The collection grew as a response to the Idle No More movement as it gained momentum and recognition.
