Book Fair Luau: Say Aloha to Great Books!
The sky is clear, the sun is bright, the breeze is gentle, and the surf is just right!
Break out your Hawaiian shirt and dust off your grass skirt. It is time for the Book Fair Luau: Say Aloha to great books! on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 from 6:30-8:30.
Aloha! Wear a bright shirt, a grass skirt or lei, we’re going to celebrate the tropical way! Students are encouraged to dress up on the day they preview the book fair Tuesday Oct. 16 and/or that evening. There will be chances for prizes for students who dress up.
We are looking for volunteers to help with setup/decorating on Friday October 12 and take down on Thursday October 18. Please contact Mrs. Kruk.
As always, there is a door prize of $25.00 in books for your child’s classroom and $25.00 in books for your family. Your support of the book fair not only benefits your family by having fun and exciting books for your home but it also provides new resources for our school library that the children look forward to reading.
