A Five Week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

Five Wednesdays Oct 7- Nov 4, 2020 | 7:00-8:45 pm | Online via Zoom

Over the course of a full month of meditation we will explore the basics of the foundations of mindfulness- working with the breath, the body, with our thoughts and emotions- practices to help steady heart and mind to meet the joys and challenges of every day life.

In addition to our weekly get-togethers, daily morning meditations will be offered via Zoom on weekdays 7:20-7:40 am. Join when you can.

This course will be offered in an online format, with recordings available should you have to miss an evening.

The cost for this course is $125. If cost is a barrier to participation, please contact me, I'm happy to make arrangements.

If you are interested in taking this course again- great! I'd love to have you- the reduced retake fee is $60.
