A Five Week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

Over the course of a full month of meditation we will explore the basics of the foundations of mindfulness- working with the breath, the body, with our thoughts and emotions- practices to help steady heart and mind to meet the joys and challenges of every day life.
In addition to our weekly get-togethers, daily morning meditations will be offered via Zoom on weekdays 7:20-7:40 am. Join when you can.
This course will be offered in an online format, with recordings available should you have to miss an evening.
